The Fisher Space Pen holds a very unusual position of being in the New York Museum of Modern Art whilst also being a modern industrial spec pen that can write on anything including underwater. When you include the NASA and Space Race legacy and understand the myth of the ‘Soviet Space Pencil’ you come to really appreciate why this pen was used by American and Soviet Astronauts and continues to be used today.
