It has a unique handheld ‘backpack for your hand’ that means it sits comfortably in your hand without the need to actually grip it at all. The bottle also comes with a useful key pouch and loop.
Full Review
Sometimes you just want to go out for a quick run when its hot but you don’t want to carry a whole running pack or race vest. In the past I haven’t been a fan of handheld bottles because they don’t sit well in your hand and because they get tiring and annoying to hold on to when I’m sweaty. The Nathan Insulated Quicksqueeze gets round these two issues by having an ergonomically shaped bottle and a hand strap that enables grip free running.

Flat Bottom
The Nathan bottle has a flat bottom making it easier to leave standing while you fill it up. The bottle has a 12oz storage capacity.
Insulated
Nathan claim this can keep liquids cooler for about 20% more time. As well as keeping liquids cool in the summer I think this will be very useful on cold winter days in keeping your drink from freezing or keeping a warm drink warmer for longer too.
Hold without Gripping
The design of the carry straps mean your thumb locks in the bottle so although its held in your hand you don’t have to actually grip it for it to stay put. Think of it like a backpack for your hand.
Key storage
The ‘backpack for your hand’ also has a pouch and loop for you to carry your keys with you when you are out for a run.
Easy Squeezy
The material is flexible enough that you can squeeze the bottle easily to drink from.
Reflective
The whole bottle has a high visibility reflective layer on it to increase safety on the road and also when trail running during hunting season. They remind me of the Nathan Hyperlite gloves I reviewed recently.
Push-Pull Blast Valve
The bite valve is easy to use and does a good job of not leaking when you throw the bottle around and store it with water in.
