The Kuhl Radikl Outsider Pants are the ‘extra features version’ of the original Radikl Pant I reviewed here. On top of the normal Radikl features of a lightweight and durable pair of pants with special stretch panels for extra comfort and ‘give’ around the leg and joints areas it also has seven pockets ( including thigh zipper ones that avoid ‘that cargo pant look’ and a wide comfortable waistband these are just as useful on the trail as they are in a workshop. The bonus with the Outsider pant is the waterproof dyna waxed finish, adjustable leg cuffs to tighten round ankle boots and large zipper pockets on your thighs with a very useful inner pocket to hold smaller items like headphone cases within a larger pocket.
