Full In Depth Review

Fabric

The Radikl Pant is made from a lightweight and breathable material called Enduro that also dries easily. It gives it s lightweight feel which is better for the warmer parts of the year but has enough abrasion resistance to not feel like it would rip or snag easily.

Fit and Colors

There are 2 different fit options, the klassik and the tapered. I opted for the Klassik fit which gives you a bit more room in the leg. There are also various options for leg and waist and I found they came in true to size. There is also 10 different color options.

Pockets

These trousers have 7 big pockets which include the set up you would expect from a pair of jeans but with a generous side pocket for an EDC carry knife as well as very large thigh pockets that are zipped that mount on the front rather than the sides so you look less ‘cargo pant geeky’.

Comfort and Design

If you look closely you’ll see strips of a stretch fabric along the outer leg and around the knees and groin area to give the pant more stretch where its needed if you are being active in them. Ive already raved about the articulated design of Kuhls pants in the past and this addition of stretch as well makes these even more comfortable.

Gripes

None. At this price point I’m hard pushed to think of anything I’d change.

Verdict

The Kuhl Radikl Pants give you a lightweight and durable pair of pants with special stretch panels for extra comfort and ‘give’ around the leg and joints areas. With seven pockets ( including thigh zipper ones that avoid ‘that cargo pant look’ and a wide comfortable waistband these are just as useful on the trail as they are in a workshop.
