I loved the previous 2-in-1 shorts from BN3TH that I reviewed last year. In fact they were my favourite shorts for running. This latest version has some changes and all are an improvement including a new extra zip pocket for your keys and card, losing the unnecessary hole for headphones and slightly less silicone on the waistband making them secure without feeling clammy.
Gloriously Pockety
So when I go for a run from my house I need to take my keys with me and my mobile phone for music. Most running gear has no pockets. The DYAD 2 in 1 full length and the shorts on their own have FIVE pockets…… FIVE POCKETS ! Two of them have zips and one is even coated to make it fully waterproof to keep your wallet or phone dry.
The front left zip pocket is epic. It has a heavy duty rubberized waterproof zip for a full waterproof pocket. Perfect for your phone on a wet day. The position of the pocket minimizes the phone bouncing around. You can fit the largest of smartphones in there, and still have room for small gloves/ hat /buff as well.
Inner Short
The shorts have a built in boxer brief that’s breathable, comfortable and moisture wicking.
One Waistband is Better Than Two
The boxer brief and shorts share one single waistband for more comfort. They have a slight silicon coating in places to help the waistband stay secure without feeling clammy.
